Do you cater to 50 people? How about 5,000? Do you do weekends? Do you specialize in healthy food, Mexican food, soul food?Write down what you do-your mission. "This something you can't do later, it must be done now. Why? Because!" I heard a pastor say, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything!
